We saw that staff were attentive and treated people with dignity and respect. We saw that staff communicated well with people and explanations of care were given. A purpose-built, modern nursing home built in 2010, with state-of-the-art facilities and all superb amenities. In the last report by the CQC from June 2018, the home received an overall rating of requires improvement.
